Athletes Team Building Event

Thank you so much for your interest in participating in our sports recovery center! We look forward having you join us!

Teams will be 90 min rotation for up to 15 players at a time in our sports recovery center in Mill Creek, WA. We will need the parent/guardian release form filled out for every student-athlete who is under the age of 18 prior to the event (form link below)

The group event generally includes:

• 30 min rotations of using the Normatecs and other devices in the Flow Zone

• 30 min rotation of a group class

• 30 min rotation of using the IR Sauna, Red Light Therapy, PEMF mat, and VibePlate.
