Meet Tracey, Recovery Specialist, Group Instructor, and Client Success at CrossFunction. With her outgoing personality, she’s always ready to chat with you about anything!
Over the years, Tracey has played various sports, including soccer, volleyball, track, basketball, football, and weightlifting. She relocated to the Seattle area over two years ago from a small town in New Mexico, eager to explore all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. As soon as she caught her first glimpse of this stunning state, she knew she’d be here longer than she initially planned.
Currently, Tracey is preparing for her first two bodybuilding competitions and brings a wealth of knowledge in weightlifting, nutrition, and recovery.
When she’s not recovering at CrossFunction or lifting in the gym, you can find her rock climbing or exploring the great outdoors on hikes. Stop by and say hi—Tracey would love to introduce you to the amazing world of CrossFunction Recovery!
