Each participant will receive a free 5 min quick stretch session and one coupon to bring another person into the center for cryo or recovery for free during that week.

Up to 12 participants will quickly learn and take-away some exercises, stretches, and information to help prevent repetitive  shin splints and plantar fasciitis.
