Short and Sweet! Using the CrossFunction CiLy MuCe model, learn how to help prevent the onset of shin splints and plantar fasciitis. Each participant will receive a free 5 min quick stretch session and one coupon to bring another person into the center for cryo or recovery for free during that week.
