I heard about CrossFit for the first time from a close friend that suggested I try it out. During my first class at CrossFit Advantage I saw a combination of hard work, positivity and friendship and was immediately attracted to the sport and atmosphere. I have been there ever since and am now one of their Head Coaches.
I am also on staff with the Burgener Strength Weightlifting Crew and get to travel the world teaching the fundamentals of the Olympic lifts, the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

My name is Eddie Lowery. I am a Navy Vet and an Elevator Repair Tech. In 2018 I decided to compete in Men's Physique Division of the NPC and am currently a 5x Champion preparing for nationals. In the past 3 years I have started my fitness journey, learned about physique development, articulated my craft and began to help others reach their goals.

Hi my name is Brooke Bracamonte. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of Bodies by Brooke, a private training studio in Everett, Washington. My hobbies include lifting weights/working out, hiking, and studying personal development.
