30 min rotations of using the Normatecs and other devices in the Flow Zone

30 min rotation of classes: can choose from Stick Mobility and Sports Stretching

30 min rotation of using the IR Sauna, Red Light Therapy, PEMF mat, and VibePlate.

Can bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages- allow 15 min to set up prior and tear down at the end.
